Refund policy
Eligibility for Refunds
At FurryJoie, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Certain items (personalized products, perishable goods) may not be eligible for return
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team through our website to initiate a return
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Methods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International customers may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the issue. In such cases:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- You may choose between a replacement or full refund
- Processing will be expedited once we confirm the issue
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our standard return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
During seasonal promotions, we may offer special exchange programs which will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Special Considerations for Pet Products
Due to hygiene and safety concerns with pet products:
- Grooming products must be returned with seals intact
- Pet clothing must not show signs of wear or pet hair
- Pet bedding must be in original packaging with protective covers
- Toys must not show teeth marks or other signs of use

FurryJoie reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For returns initiated before policy changes, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
